Returns, Refunds
We only accept returns for items that are demonstrably damaged or defective upon arrival. To initiate a return, contact us within three (3) days of delivery with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. If approved, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only, excluding original shipping costs, and will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note: Items are extremely fragile. No returns will be accepted for items damaged due to mishandling.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Exchanges
In some cases, exchanges will be accepted. The exchange will be processed once the original item is received and inspected. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
