BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT FOR A CUSTOM ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Payment
Custom orders placed with It Burns Creations require a nonrefundable 50% payment prior to work beginning. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the piece and in advance of shipment.
Pricing
Due to variances in material prices, quotes provided are valid for 30 days from send date. Pricing is subject to change until orders are placed and paid for per agreed upon terms. Estimates provided throughout the custom order process are estimates only and do not reflect the actual pricing to be paid for production.
Product Design
Custom orders are designed to the best of our ability based off information and photos/examples provided by the client. Due to the nature of custom orders, we cannot guarantee the results of custom orders other than completion to the pre-agreed specifications provided to and approved by the client.
Change Orders
PLEASE REVIEW FINAL SPECIFICATIONS DRAWINGS PRIOR TO APPROVING FOR PRODUCTION. No changes may be made after final approval is received.
Refunds & Returns
We strive to create pieces that meet our client’s expectations and vision. Given the nature of custom laser engraving and bespoke orders, however, we do not offer refunds and/or returns on custom work unless demonstrably damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds will only be considered if the client contacts us within three (3) calendar days of delivery with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. If approved, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only, excluding original shipping costs, and will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
